This crepes trailer is similar to a grilling cart but the equipment installed is different. This crepes trailer comes with two crepes top making pans. It is built to meet the Health Department Standards. The trailer is easy to haul and maneuver. This style was made with a removable hitch for an easier placement / storage convenience. It is protected with its up/down doors on the front, rear, and back of the cart.  The cooking area and the sinks are protected as well as required by law.
