Tacos food truck for Sand Diego – This is a transit bus converted into a 16′ food truck specially designed for tacos.

The process begins when the customer tells us about their project, once we know about the menu and equipment needed it is when we start designing the layout of the food truck. Then the truck is manufactured according to the county requirements, essential or mandatory features are installed such as sinks, service windows, entrance, and emergency exit door. Once the appliances are installed, we start finishing the process, such as installing the aluminum floor and the stainless steel walls. This taco food truck also comes with top shelving to accommodate plates, napkins, or kitchen aids. When possible, we also make room for bottom storage and dry food storage.
