This Filipino Food Truck was built at customer’s specification and requests. The most important for him was to have reliable steamers, and we install 3 steam tables so he may have enough room for all his products that needed to be warmed all the time. The truck was requested to have a/c and we did install a/c in addition to the large roof vents to help with the air circulation. This truck as many other trucks is built from a solid frame and finished in stainless steel. There is enough room in its top shelving and bottom dry storage areas.
